作者簡介

隈部美千代

   
  從小就對甜點製作有興趣,每當把親手製作的甜點送人時,見對方開心自己也會深感幸福。經歷上班族生涯後,開始在國內外學習正統的甜點、料理及麵包作法。曾就讀藍帶國際學院東京校區及巴黎雷諾特廚藝學校,還赴德國、瑞士等地進修。2006年在東京門前仲町開設以「禮物甜點」為概念的甜點教室Sweet Ribbon,網羅了基礎到專業領域的技法,連裝飾都有專人指導,其教學方式大受歡迎。活躍於電視及雜誌,也為企業設計食譜,曾出版《MASON JAR BOOK》(M-ON! Entertainment出版)、《グラススイーツ》、《濃厚スイーツ》等多本著作,也經手商品設計。
